30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Item must not be damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase required

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@furroyal.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
